Trip to Grandma’s House
Posted by: | CommentsAs many of you know I just lost my beloved Grandma. Oh how I wish I had photographs of myself as a little girl at her house. I’m not sure why, but I want to share a poem I recently wrote to her:

Your face would light up whenever you’d see me
You were my alter ego, it was you I wanted to please
I felt like your favorite, you loved me best
It’d stay just between us, never tell the rest
It’s scary to think of this world without you
When I need advice what will I do
I know you’re not suffering and you’re now in peace
You awe and inspire me, that will never cease
My angel from earth is now looking down
I know you’ve received your deserving crown
I miss you each and every day Grandma!

He was so mild mannered and sweet. Most little boys this age are so energetic and a little *wild* (I mean busy)!
Ahhh, doesn’t he make you smile??!!

Sweet girl!
Posted by: | CommentsIsn’t she precious?! She had a full belly and was loving the warm, cozy blankey. She was so sleepy and content (I’m sure mommy wishes she would do that at night!).

Will…
Posted by: | CommentsJust happened to be Will’s 5th birthday when mom was ready to do belly portraits…

He’s warming up for when baby brother comes back to see me!

I caught him snuggling with daddy…

New look!!
Posted by: | CommentsI have been MIA for a while waiting on the new website. I have been having fun the last month or so working on marketing plans for the year (I work with retail partners, print advertising, high school senior plans and lots of other fun things), going to seminars and just gearing up for 2010. I played with lots of newborns – so fun – and have been shooting outside for a few weeks now (pollen -yuck!). Hopefully the flu, ear infection and general creeping crud season is over. It’s time for baseball, soccer, swimming and time for everyone to come out of hibernation. It’s weird to see how much my neighbors kids have grown in the last few months when I haven’t seen everyone coming and going.
I’m going to catch up on some of the cuties I have been playing with…

Brand new…
Posted by: | CommentsWow, thanks to everyone who responded to the newsletter and FB shout out for newborn models. If the snow would take a break we could play a little more this week.
Here’s my first cutie-

Show me yours…
Posted by: | CommentsI love watching little ones talk to their baby brother/sister in mom’s belly (sometimes they aren’t all that happy about it though).
These guys were so cute!

Is he behind curtain number one? No! Number two? No! What about number three? No!
TA DAAAA!
My Baby…
Posted by: | CommentsWell, I posted a collage of her sister so I have to keep things even around here…
Now that we’re out of the stage of little matching cotton dresses (boo hoo) I am doing “personality” updates of each of them as they change. Their looks are changing, but so are their personalities (can you say 13 year old girl – ugh, killing me!). I keep saying it’s the hormones talking, there’s no way my little angel is giving that ATTITUDE!!! Luckily I have this sweet collage to look at and remind me that below the eye liner and name brand clothes is my sweet baby girl…
